"Cannot recommend Auto Select enough! After driving 9 hours to a different garage and viewing a car which fell well below expectations, I found an advert for a similar vehicle with Auto Select. I phoned the garage an hour before closing time and explained the situation and the staff were friendly, understanding and extremely accommodating, with Rob very kindly offering to stay late to allow us to view the car. On arrival at the garage I was very impressed with how clean and tidy it was and there was a wide selection of the vehicle I wanted in various colours and with various different options. We spoke to Rob who was extremely helpful and ended up purchasing a fantastic car with lots of optional extras, Rob also included a couple of extra parts for the car which was very much appreciated. The car was in immaculate condition and it was clear that lots of care had been taken with preparation of the vehicle. Would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a quality vehicle, it is clear that the staff care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to make the buying experience the most positive it can be."

"Fantastic experience start to finish.Started as a phone call to enquire about having a look at a couple of M135i’s they had listed. I’ve had poor experiences with main dealers like Stratstone and Sandal BMW because of my age. When I visited initially to view a car I was welcomed me but left me to look around the cars on my own accord which was hugely appreciated rather than being pushy which I had from other dealers. I was offered a competitive price for my part exchange and I found the perfect car with the spec I wanted. I left a deposit on the car and asked if they could buff a small scratch out of the bonnet and on collection day that had been totally rectified. Upon collection they pulled the car out so I could do a final check over before signing the paperwork, both James and Rob were really friendly and helpful, also sold me the warranty at cost rather than an excessive markup like other dealers.Would 100% recommend to anyone else, especially anyone under 25 like me who struggles to get any respect from the main dealers (and I’d still use Auto Select over them)."

"The car they sold me wasn’t properly checked before sale and two wheels on the passenger side that had clearly been change weren’t tighten correctly. Also when I called about the issue I was having they weren’t very helpful and felt fobbed off. My kids go in that car regularly and the security bolt was that loose I could hand tighten it back in. Bad form"
